Kristy BellWhen I was 7 back in 1977, my brother and I used to play whiffleball. He was always the Yankees and the only other team I knew was the Sox, so I was them. He used to announce who was batting, so I did the same. Jerry was one of those players. Been a Sox fan since. Many years later when I first got NESN and the baseball package so I could watch the Sox and the shows, bought a Wally in his chair thanks to seeing Jerry's. Good luck my friend and you will always be a member of this franchise to me! By the way, I am born, reared and still live in The Bronx!
