Bobby SalvatoThey screwed up huge. They could've revitalized their entire farm system by trading Hosmer, Cain, Vargas who they definitely should've traded when he was unhittable knowing that wasn't gonna last, and Esky and Moose. Other teams got back big returns for lesser guys than Moose and Hos. Now our farm system is considered one of the worst in MLB and we are in a division that has Cleveland who is gonna be a powerhouse for awhile , Minnesota who is rebuilding but has more pieces than us, and Chicago who has one of the best farm systems in MLB. Because of their stupid decision to hold on to everyone and watch them all go next season this franchise has been set back a decade

Michael LaurieMoore did a fantastic job getting them a World Series Championship and that can never be taken away from him but since then he has been terrible. Zobrist, Davis, Holland, Cueto, Volquez, Morales, giving fat contracts to Gordon, Duffy, Kennedy not trading Vargas when he had the most value, not trading any of the big four, as if by keeping them they could win a championship, and now losing them all for nothing. Awful.

Stephanie WoolfSomeone recently said something very profound. WHY does it have to be about the money? Who possibly at their young age needs millions of dollars to live? You can't possibly go through it unless you are buying fancy cars, houses and private jets. WHY can't it be about the love of the sport, the city and the fans that love and support you!

Chuck SibleyWait... what? You want to break the bank for Moose, Hos, and Cain? Pssst. They had career years and we ended up 2 games under .500. I don't see the logic, unless what you really mean is resign the "core" at exuberant prices AND pay top dollar for the pitching staff we need, like Darvish, Hill, and Arrieta. Yeah, okay. Keep dreaming

Chris Bogus2 games under .500 over the last two years with these guys. How does bringing one or even all back help? You have to let someone else pay them what they are worth. The royals will only succeed by finding players who produce more than they are paid, not less or equal production for pay

Paul PortellUnless they get a different hitting coach in the off season, I don't expect to see much improvement from hitters like Raul Mondesi, Billy Burns, or Jorge Soler. Josh J. SonsiadekWithout a quality pitching staff, it doesn't matter who the Royals have batting and fielding. After the first month of the season, they were literally starting every bottom of the first inning down 2 or 3 to nothing. You just can't have a winning season starting off every game that way. With that pitching staff, I'm honestly surprised they were as close to .500 as they were. I remember when the Royals were horrendous, but nearly won every game when Grienke pitched. They must get better at pitching, or they will be constantly fighting an uphill battle.

Anthony Giovanni Karmawiseraven SaylorWell here we go... Rebuilding yrs. Are the Glass Family not going to try to retain the talent we have. Sure young players are good but keeping some vets would be better. I'm going to hate to see what the 2018 season is going to bring us. I guess all answers will be answered during spring training and who makes the cut. I will keep up with winter talks. It seems we're having a mass exit for the royals.

Jim WoodToby Cook, is there anyway we can possibly finally get a dead centerfield robot camera for a true view of the strike zone on telecasts? Please make it happen!

Jeremy McGuireThey talked earlier about drainage. When built in '94 it could drain at 20 inches an hour. Now it's at 5 inches an hour and it's not getting better. Now's the time and taking a slight crown off the field also.

Mark O'RenickThis is brilliant folks. We build a new field and great ball players from the past will come out of nowhere to fill the roster spots vacated by money grubbing free agents.

Eric LittleIt's sad to see all the history go but it will be nice to see new cleats on the ground next season! Let's break it in right with a championship next year!

Ernie EspinosaMoney may be in separate budgets for field and players, but the same person is signing the checks. We see where the priorities are.

Mikey StephensMy only request, please never remove the golden crown and screen. I know sometimes things have to be upgraded, but my late dad helped with that, as well as the farmers market in KCMO. Looking great at the K y'all 🙂.
