Rodney SpeissHe belongs in AA. For some reason, the Phillies keep promoting him without him earning it. He needs to bat higher than .265 in the minors and show some power or speed before being given a MLB job. It would be a huge mistake to replace a gold glove caliber SS with Crawford at this stage of his career.

Joe PeacePivetta has ML stuff but like our other young starters lacks control. All of our young pitchers have problems getting out of an inning with less than 20+ pitches consequently they rarely go past the 5th inning. Way too many deep counts. If Pivetta could find a way to get to the 7th inning in under 100 pitches he would be a real asset to the rotation.
