Christian Matthew BrownThis guy was a All-Star in 2014.... he's an absolute stud if he stays healthy. Our pitching is fine and I wish ranger fans would stop crying. We have an above average rotation with Hamels, Darvish, Ross, Perez, Bibens-Dirx, Martinez.... when Cashner, Griffin, Kela get hot and health we are even more deadly. Our hitting is has been our biggest weakness, we either hit it out of park or strike out. We play absolutely no small ball in advancing batters and only swing for the fences. We are doing incredible at 12-6 recently.

Avatar

Jen Wilson HillHe should be good the first time around because most of these hitters haven't seen him before. The true test will be the second time around. The pitcher usually has the advantage first time around. He is 32-53 lifetime. So we will just need to see. I understand he played for SD and Oakland, but it would seem to me that if he was that good, the record would still be better than that. But as long as he does well the first time around, he should be a help.

Gary HaireChirinos isn't likely to become an everyday catcher. Although the best the Rangers have, he is 33 and finally catching at the major league level after many years in the minors. Napoli, a former catcher, is a wasted roster spot like Gallo is now. Chirinos would be a better DH option on his non catching days. He does have aged knees.

They are 12-10 for the month through arguably one of the toughest parts of their schedule and all anyone can do is focus on last night? Jonathan ProthroSo the Rangers' offense explodes and the pitching is a complete disaster. Typical loss!! Banister should quit out of pure embarrassment

Benjie DryNewI would love to have Deshields than Gallo for now, i think that aside from the potential home run Gallo is an automtic strike out, i hope im wrong today about him.

Henry BunchOdor,Napoli are both easyouts. Deshields is better than both of them. Cole may be on a short outing today, so this game will be up to the bullpen again. Lets hope their ready for it. Go Cole, Go rangers

Matt WhiteTonight is the reason the "fair weather" fans like us have been telling everyone that the Rangers are not contenders and will be sellers at the deadline. The bullpen is flat our horrible and Banister continues to mismanage the pitching staff. Can't defend or make excuses any longer. Time to get returns on free agents at the all star break and the absolute minimum replace the pitching coach.

Lyn Castro GantWhat is wrong with the coach. Why would you have Napoli DH with a 192 BA when Desheilds is battling 294 and leads the AL in stolen bases. That is just stupid.

Meanwhile the players Daniel couldn't retain are looking well.....smoak MVP year, kins is kins, Davis looks fine....cruz still boom Sticking us.....I see a trend

Justin WaltersFinally he's back!!! Would rather see DeShields in the lineup than Napoli b/c without him they lose their spark, a lot of speed, and great base running.

Justin WaltersThis loss was inexcusable and embarrassing! You shouldn't lose if you score 9 runs! I wonder why the Rangers Facebook page hasn't posted their usual pic with the score!
